Chelsea Piers Connecticut offers triathlon training programs for every level of athlete, including the acclaimed Full Throttle Endurance Triathlon Training & Racing program. Full Throttle is a high-intensity multi-sport training program for adults who are ready to bring the benefits of superior personal athleticism into their lives. This highly successful triathlon training program and racing team provides motivated individuals with the opportunity to incorporate high-level training and racing into a balanced lifestyle.
From novice to expert, triathletes will find a wide range of ways to train and compete, including an 8-week program for beginners, the National Championship-winning Full Throttle Racing team and training program, off-season strength & conditioning classes, instructional forums and private coaching. Athletes are encouraged to pursue and attain his or her individual goals within our worl-class sports complex, which features a 22-lane, 25-yard pool, 1/5-mile indoor track, a cycling studio with 24 Keiser bikes and Suunto heart rate monitoring.
